Common sense tells me, only wipe with alcohol wipe, then wipe dry and dust-free microfibre cloth, then pull the film from the glass and paperboard on the device. That's when Mate 7 everything quite easy, if only because of the glass runs a slightly elevated edge, which you could use for proper fit.
The application also runs fairly painless. The result remains far behind the expectations.
- Speakers and camera are not recessed but punched in a loveless staircase pattern from the edge. This contrasts nicely with the gorilla glass in the background and looks totally modest.
- In the upper area of the display is not the "explosion-proof tempered glass film" on the glass to, from special stands. That's probably more the fault of Huawei, I suspect a concave curvature. However, the adhesion of the protective film are so weak that even this minimal sufficient curvature that no contact between film and glass is concluded.
- However, the kicker is the oleophobic surface coating. If the seller would brag that he had developed the largest magnet for fingerprints in the history of mankind, he would hardly exaggerate. The sensitivity for fingerprints is matched only by scotch tape - sticky side of mind.
