The first thing I want to emphasize that the does not refer to a star on the product itself but to the purchase.

1) I have received an envelope by only a product key was located. But I wanted the software incl. Key
2) no indication of where I can download the product.
3) The product can be combined with the Key does not activate because it has been used 8 times.

That's very strange. 7 * 69.95 = 489.65 Hm ... that's remarkable. We'll see how that proceeds.
