Either I understand the term "soon" wrong or of certain people it is conceived as a very flexible - now passed 1 1/2 weeks and right - neither a shipping confirmation, let alone get a new SF-tank. Well, not yet written a email - really still get no response.
Meanwhile, after I do not want to risk having almost 22,000 liters of water tipping, I removed the pump, washed SF container and everything back nicely packed - returning to Amazon because there fits the service ever !!!
