The pump is not bad - but the "Customer Service" a disaster !!!

We have already bought 2 years ago the same pump of Steinbach, these went up this year without any problems. During commissioning, however, there was a loud bang - there and see, the sand filter tank was no longer. Blasted off the ring and partially flooded the bay .... see figure 1.

Well, after the pool so was admitted and all lines are available - ordered a new pump and delivered through Amazon in record time (after Austria). SF-container exchanged, plant in operation again and wet shoes; o (... There was a massive crack in the sand filter tank - see photo. 2

And now comes the negative side (whom the above is not enough): the procedure me - SF-tank empty, wash, disassemble everything again and packaging - to spare, I took my mail contact with the customer center of Steinbach on ... ,

Scanned 2) account and integrated in this form - in response I got: You must submit the bill and not
Order Confirmation (Hello ?? !! ??)
3.) after the invoice / order confirmation (who is the literate is, was cleared a clear advantage), I had the bill
scan and transmit via separate email
4.) Then we had to wait, wait, wait
5.) Finally !!! Hurra, a message: Your spare parts will be delivered to you soon

Either I understand the term "soon" wrong or of certain people it is conceived as a very flexible - now passed 1 1/2 weeks and right - neither a shipping confirmation, let alone get a new SF-tank. Well, not yet written a email - really still get no response.

Meanwhile, after I do not want to risk having almost 22,000 liters of water tipping, I removed the pump, washed SF container and everything back nicely packed - returning to Amazon because there fits the service ever !!!
