The quality downgraded

I bought my first KSC75 in 2006 and I have always been fully satisfied: light, discreet, it is very quickly forgotten and delivers a very close sound PORTAPRO. Having unfortunately lost one of the two ear clips, I have to buy me one. And there I had several surprises.

- The packaging is not the same: more compact, it has the advantage of using less plastic. But it is a bit cramped: the jack is bent a bit anyhow, and both places her squarely coating is sheared. Taking the jack previously bent, right now.
- The foams used have changed: soft before, they have become rough and make an unpleasant rubbing noise on the ear. Goodbye comfort KSC75 that was forgotten.
- The ear clips are not as well done as before: the left one already does not have the same spacing as the right one, aberrant. Then they shake less ear, giving the impression that they can fall at any moment. And it does not miss at the first small accidental pull on the jack, earpiece falls. Super.
- The sound became sour and distant, farewell low round well. This is largely to clips, they must be tightened in order to bring ear headphones. But not that: even after this manipulation, I have not completely regained its my first KSC75.

In short, we pass a great product at an average thing, but always for the same price. Koss thank you! So, I just adjusted an ear clip of the new model on my old tired KSC75 in mosses, but the comfort and sound much better.
