Well sometimes my lance for Ansmann batteries. Myself "digital" for three years Ansmann batteries in use, 2700mAh and 2850mAh with this here. So that my camera is operated, a flash and my GPSr Garmin. I rate today, because I have my first faulty battery of Ansmann today and replacement order - because they are more or less every week for three years of use, I find that they have given a very decent performance, I am completely satisfied. For this and that, no battery otherwise broke is 5 star - any other I had have been in the recycling box.
Thing to note is, however, a little, it is recommended to the appropriate charger set to - for me a Ansmann Digispeed 4 (for the car) and Powerline 5 LCD. Not every charger seems cope with any battery - these two are so well attuned to each other in my opinion as it gets in combination of a house.
On the other hand, since indeed increased the new LSD types of Sanyo eneloop the forums cavort (Ansmann has here the maxE series), whose advantage it's that they can be loaded one year are also a word about this: I have Eneloops (the maxE now come with the test) and they have less capacity than the "normal" batteries and are not as high current as this. When photographing one notices that the significantly fewer images and flashes and the longer Flash charging - here have "digital" in the lead. For an alarm clock, a clock or remote control, however, the stronger self-discharge is more likely to remember (after a series of photographs are my batteries just empty and then get back into the charger - that's it), because the LSD eneloops and maxE have a clear advantage.
So as almost always:
The "right" does not exist - it depends on the use of :-)
