Good little thermometer so the price is not exorbitant. For accuracy?, It should be done calibrated. But when you know the price of a calibration !!!!!!!
However, I 5 ° difference with my stove oven (which for me is not bad). Part-against my mini-oven, there are 45 ° apart, and I want to believe at the same temperature because I put a lot longer to cook.
I recommend it.
