I would like to actually make any product review in the proper sense, but rather a review of Fiproline on our Labrador / Boxer mix (about 35 Kg). We use Fiproline now for the third year in a row and can make the product the following statements:
1. The application by instillation in several places on the neck / back of the animal is very easy.
2. The different protection times for flea protection of 8 weeks, and tick protection, of about 4 weeks, the users do not have to rush into doubt. By applying in a 6 weeks apart enough of our experience for an integrated protection against ticks.
3. Dealing with the matter requires some attention. Children should not come into contact with. Who bears no treatment gloves when using, should wash their hands thoroughly after use. The animal should not be touched at the application points to the application until the application places no longer be recognized as such (slightly oily fur with lighter edge of the application site). Should it come to such a leak, it is wise to wash your hands well again.
4. The compatibility can be called reasonably well. The animal is possibly shortly after the application a little tired and quiet, which are, however, after a few hours. When regular use throughout the year, the acceptance of one application to improve.
5. The protection against fleas is so good that we never were able to notice the presence of a flea in our dog.
6. The protection against ticks is consistently well at 6 weeks of use. If our dog has time gleaned a tick and it has been fixed, it is in finding dead and can be removed easily and without resistance.
7. A pack of 4 pipettes stops at 6 weeks of use a tick season (in Berlin, from April to September inclusive). In other tick-areas, such as BW and Bavaria, the application may need to be extended for 6 weeks.
I am not a veterinarian and can not therefore assess which impairments applying Fiproline can bring the dog with him, but as a dog owner, I can express my satisfaction expressed that spoil my life no fleas or ticks in the apartment. For important I think in any case the correct dosage and application, the dog has the last two periods of application well and will put away the well again in this year.
