A Gourmandise, these are the last days of a food critic, "greatest", "Master", the one on which the superlatives showered. He will die, he knows he has neither remorse nor regret. He simply wants before everything stops, find LA flavor, one that it "running through the heart," "the first and ultimate truth of all [his] life." And so on about thirty short chapters will reel off memories and stories of a life dedicated to eating well.
The novel is short, it does not mean easy. The language is precise, valuable and often a little bombastic. The literary references abound, between the lines, as often in the first works. The journey is still quite pleasant and tasty!
