An exceptional spice. Who has ever eaten green curries, knows he wodrauf thus admits. It is quite spicy, with a fine cold sharpness of horseradish, green pepper and green onions. I'm using it currently only kohlrabi dishes, also fits very well with lamb. To make it green I mix it with a lot of parsley, dried or fresh is irrelevant. May it not miss in the kitchen, it offers a tasteful variety.
