After several trips to the "high price category" and so many disappointments that these everyday sometimes fail miserably (Spacebar works only sporadically after 1/2 year use, wireless connection drops happy times in the middle when logging on to Windows from etc. in a 150 Keyboard from the market leader) was allowed it once again a keyboard from the lower price segment be.
The choice fell on the Comfort Curve Keyboard 2000 from Microsoft, I know where I work and have learned to appreciate. The handling is a bit strange because of the slightly curved shape, but after the adaptation period it feels almost perfectly.
One example is the installation, there is no CD or DVD included, the associated software instead after connecting the keyboard automatically downloaded from the Internet. The software includes the usual settings such as refresh rate, and delay as well as the assignment of the special keys above the actual keyboard; also configuring macros is possible with this software.
In short, a thoroughly successful keyboard without frills, but without hooks and eyes.
