- The workmanship is very good.
- The radio reception is often referred to herein as bad, however, is excellent with me. This is due to the place of use policy. I use the unit in Berlin. Because delivery is of course very different than in the countryside or in a small town.
- The station selection with the rotary knob works very well and is perfectly ok.
- I have not tested the SD card playing, but have every confidence in the unit.
- Also charging a smartphone has not been tested by me for lack of need.
- The Bluetooth reception is excellent.
- The duration of 22 hours, although I have not measured directly. However, I have the device since 14.02.2014 and have only 2 days prior to recharge it after 1.Aufladung. So the battery has held about 2 weeks. And, although I use it almost daily and am repeatedly fallen asleep at night with the unit in turned. Thus, the device remained at 6-8 hours.
Despite the adulation I would like to mention, however, the following points of improvement:
- The announcement volume is too loud and should perhaps be adjusted by the manufacturer to the overall volume of the device.
- The user's volume setting is not saved. Why?
- The setting of the last transmitter should be stored by the device.
- I assume that is also the last song is not saved in the SD card playback. So here again: please save!
- The volume control on the device is - how often addressed - in fact getting used to. Must be rotated and held to change the volume of the rotary knob to the left (quieter) or right (louder).
And here I do not like that the device, once the largest volume is reached and you do not let go of the button at the right moment, the message "Next volume" listen and then jump back to the original level. Why?
If one turns silent, the device also will not start after reaching the minimum volume so on Max Volume.
Better would be here - without announcement - to just stand on the Max setting chosen by the user and perhaps (silent) beeping, so that one recognizes here the end is reached.
Nevertheless, I am convinced of the device and would recommend it in good conscience.
(I hope the manufacturer changes put forward by me and other "flaws". I'd even buy me so'n smooth part.)
