The reasons for me to decide on this tripod, and not for a competitor's product were:
1) I am 1,82m tall and would not stoop too deeply. This tripod has a very pleasant for me working height and I have even the lowest tripod legs not extended (to increase stability)
2.) I'm very frequent traveler, I need a tripod packable => 39cm
3.) It follows: I do not want heavy haul and also want a lightweight tripod. Incl. Ball head => 1.4 kg
4) stable and it should be
5.) In my previous Bilora Traveller bothered me the head when I have a motif set me in the viewfinder, this is always in the end still bobbed down a little. On the positive side here: the head does not. Scene set and the cut remains in the viewfinder.
All these points satisfies the Togopod Carbon Plus Patrick. At the moment I can not say anything negative, I am satisfied :-)
