There are of course much cheaper clones ... but far less powerful!
AUTONOMY:
Very correct! After the test with Coban 102B / 302 and clones unnamed. The Xexun remains undoubtedly the one with the better battery life (approximately 48 hours of intensive use: 24/24, location every 30 seconds, GPRS transmission to private tracking server).
SENSITIVITY:
The internal antenna (GSM and GPS) is not necessarily more efficient, but it fulfills its purpose very correctly as long as the tracker has a direct view of the sky.
FEATURES:
From simple casual tracking (ie punctually where the tracker) at intensive tracking (have a follow every 30 seconds, or even less), the range of possibilities is very wide. One can also define areas of geo fencing (areas which the tracker should not come out, otherwise the tracker sends an alert. Or speeds not to exceed. Or, use the motion sensor to detect if the tracker is now to be moved. The simplest way to use is the SMS, it requires no implementation. The tracker sends its position as either text or as usable as Google Map link. But the most effective way is that its use GPRS to have a visible position in real time on a map. For this there are several free or paid services, see the option to install their own server via open source (that is what I 'chose).
The only real difficulty in using this tracker is to become familiar with SMS commands for setting the for the rest nothing complicated.
