I was after about 14 days only a partial delivery (Black Ink Cartridge) delivered. Upon request, I received the answer that the respective cartridges were sent separately and the missing color cartridge soon would arrive with me.
After the missing cartridge did not arrive with me, took place on a complaint in the Amazon reimbursement.
