I found Alice Sebold turning a WHSmith my visits to the area ... Reading the fourth back cover, I thought that this book would be perfect for a holiday: not too intellectual, relaxing short ... , friendly but easy! The first pages "swallowed" (hard to read these few lines where a little girl says she suffered rape and death!), I could not tear myself away from this book. The French title, The Lovely Angel, perfectly evokes the feelings that invade us through the pages. Susie Why did she not have lived? Why was she amazes before the "normal" life despite the tragic death occurred in the family of his sister? It's a great lesson that we give Alice Sebold. It was perfectly able to ask its readers to open their eyes to the world around them. By closing this book, we appreciate every detail, every game, every minute ...
