SEXY MF, also very brash and stylistically ambiguous, is regarded as a great successor of KISS. Here he plays the Gängsta who can laugh at himself and still remains a cool womanizer.
LOVE 2 THE 9`S, THE MAX, THE MORNING PAPERS are first produced pop pieces and deal with the most beautiful thing in the world, as well as the Reagge-tinged BLUELIGHT or electrical I WANNA MELT WITH U.
SWEET BABY and DAMN U are great tender ballads. And also in this genre brilliant Prince like no other.
THE CONTINENTAL raises again a little, and then follow the fantastic ballads 7, God Created Woman and 3 CHAINS O` GOLD, which are also a firework of musical styles before the cynical ending with SACRIFICE OF VICTOR comes and Prince so that the plate thematically as complete as it was opened to the first piece.
