Pure text volume the book could be reduced slightly to less than 50 pages. But it should not be irritated! The 101 tips / rules / Maxims bring decades of experience of the authors compact and convincing and easily understandable to the point. You look at the various facets of translators existence among diverse perspectives: absolutely realistic, but also consistent with the current translation theories (without mentioning even once translation science or even translation studies). Everything is beautifully formulated, with sense of humor, easy to read, easy to remember, not didactic, yet instructive. For reading you need about two hours, the book is useful for a whole life translators.
