My last Silit induction plate I bought about 15 years ago. It works until today. Only the fan has been replaced by me a few years ago even. Due to the extremely good quality of my last Silit induction plate, I wanted I again buy a product from WMF / Silit.

The plate is very safe to packed and is surprisingly light. It weighs only good two kilograms. Thus, it can be easily stored when not in use.

The cable is 180 cm long and sufficient is kept circulating through a corresponding built-holder on the underside of the unit. The board itself is 29 cm wide, deep 36,5 cm and 7 cm high. The small feet are slightly rubberized, so that a non-slip stand guarantees. The connected load is 2,000 watts, in standby it consumes less than two watts. There is a mechanical power switch on the back. This is rather unusual but very welcome in such plates.

The display on the front panel glows in an unobtrusive blue and is very easy to read. The knob right of the display is the central controller.
