Barely two hours after I've scoured the whole range of LED lamps Amazon with E14 socket - and back and forth-have weighed what now could be the most intelligent - I've slammed with this producer. Finally, probably was also an indication that since 1 m² rainforest will be saved, so if I buy a lamp, decisive. So same time the love bad energy saver conscience with calms, and 3 m² Rainforest saved (and that I just never get beyond that because palm oil is grown on my 3 square meters, then smokes it but in a box!)
The lights should be dimmed, and the life, with little energy consumption (5 watts) should indeed be 25,000 hours. As energy saving lamps do not come ran. From energy consumption yes, but not from life. As recently as a Ecobulb with noticeable stench and smoke flared in the bathroom, it was clear to me that these energy-saving lamps no longer Will You See. Moreover, this long start time is to be 100% luminosity achieved a bit annoying. In the background lamp's would not care, but for example in the bathroom, at Speigel because heck are instantly bright - even there I have tested this lamp times and I was totally thrilled, have about the same times more LED lamps, but not dimmable (which are cheaper) ordered: LED lamp, drop, E14, 5 W, replaced min. 25 Watt, warm light 2700 Kelvin - so> Anyone looking for a nichtdimmbare LED, which I just mentioned can recommend this. Rescue indeed one square meter rainforest! ;-)
This lamp is produced in the PRC, ie China. I did not know before, too, but one finds nowadays hardly what what not travels 10,000km to find us buyers, which is of course as one aspect: CO2 balance, jobs - the conscience plays again CRAZY!
Looks good but processed from the lamp, and according to package information to match probably some standard European commodity specifications.
Anyway lights's now back in the chic-discreet, dimmable paper lamp from IKEA. The light is already absorbed by the paper shade, because warm white falls well not so significant, the lamp is nevertheless certain points when turned up, very bright. Not quite what I wanted, but now doing their service. I am also of the view that an indication that this lamp is equivalent to a 25 watt incandescent lamp, is understate something. Not that I could measure it, but 40 watts makes it more likely! (Can thus the details that have made other customers confirm: Very bright for the 5 Watt!)
As usual with my reports, I change the rating when it for a long time yet again been changes, like you would with the flared Ecobulb.
Right now I'm so happy about 87.5% and hope the three square rescued rainforest have at least the CO2 budget balanced again because of the long transport from China to Germany. ;-)
Addendum: Super unpleasant I'll find again that the lamp is offered more cheaply a few days after my purchase by 20%. Well, you have to look more relaxed the well; after all, the product is now cheaper ..
