The high price had kept me from buying long. I previously had a low-priced binoculars from Eschenbach, in which I believed that it was good enough. Then I tried the Canon binoculars at Photokina in Cologne and saw the difference to my old binoculars. I think at the CANON 12x36 IS II gets you the best value for money and the best magnification with more pleasant pack weight. The image stabilizer and the magnification are amazing. If you do not press the image stabilizer, you can see how difficult it is for one to keep a pair of binoculars so quiet. This is then probably only with a tripod. But that's too inflexible. If you press then the button for the image stabilizer, then the picture is for a minimum of delay, as if nailed. Just awesome. Also, the focus wheel to be moved more easily beautiful. One can improve the sharpness in small nuances. I used to know from my old binoculars very hakelig and stiff, so you could see the sharpest point only tedious and bad. When the moon with the CANON you look, you see every crater. As you get goosebumps. I like to watch the deer thus with us to the forest while eating at. If I walk or go for a walk, I take the binoculars always. It's not too heavy. Some get upset that Canon not only rubber cover for the eyecups attaches to the lens glasses. With my old binoculars were the case, but the Gefummele every 4 caps off u. Aufzustecken me pretty annoyed, so I had this down anyway. So first I need the most caps for the eyecups. And 2. CANON provides a great Umgängetasche with a separate inner fleece for binoculars to. That's enough for me wholeheartedly. On the large caps I can do without. The only thing that bothered me at first was the smell of the rubber eyecups. I thought that if it stays that way, then I'll probably have to attach a nose clip while using the binoculars. The smell is gone but within the first few weeks. I've long not packed to a time in the pocket. My old pair of binoculars I have discarded.
