The book does indeed contain a number of tips for better sleep. They also help. Only the things that has our mom also told us are (or should say). Eating healthy, regularly go to bed, no coffee in the evening, a little alcohol, dark and well-ventilated, well-known things louder. Who really is interested in the matter, which was "The Sleeping Dictionary" recommended as it is about the backgrounds.
The CD to the book contains a suggestive half an hour, in trying to hypnotize us a little of the author. Who does not know something like this, for it is certainly interesting to try out the times. Personally I find it quickly bored and help I'm no better than to read before going to sleep half an hour.
