I am well aware that I can not compare with a professional scan these scanners.
I just want to clarify that it is not due to the negatives.
My flatbed scanner provides better results.
Essentially I bought the scanner for Pocket Films.
Because it is absolutely useless though it is advertised separately.
There is a digital zoom uses and the resolution drops to a few megapixels.
The result is just junk.
One more note:
As described in other reviews, these are not a real scanner,
but the negatives are easily photographed.
I can understand the good reviews of other reviewers tell me the only way,
that the X7 at Dias delivers significantly better results.
When Dias yes the color conversion is not necessary.
But I do not have slides to test this.
The handling is easy and the scanning is very fast.
The screen is just enough to aim at the picture.
It is, incidentally, what neat cut from the negative,
so you have to push depending on the subject, the negative back and forth
so as not to cut off the wrong person on the screen.
Here again a list of pros and cons
Benefits:
Quick and easy to use
Good negative holder
Disadvantages:
Poor color reproduction
Poor quality of the scans
In Pocket films by digital zoom no useful results
Image content is truncated
Conclusion:
My flatbed scanner (Canon 9000F Mark 2) provides better results.
The Reflecta X7-SCAN is a maximum suitable for viewing footage.
But he is already too expensive.
From me there is only one star for easy handling,
because the results are too poor for printing on paper and for archiving the photos.
