I rate this the model with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB flash memory without SIM slot (no LTE so). If a 8.1 inch satisfy obtained here for a moderate price a quick, handsome and absolutely sofa-compatible device that is light as a feather in his hand. A decisive factor for me was a review in the last c't books from 2014 are to be believed confidently: - CPU and GPU: not clocked the end of the story, but afloat and not to get worked up. Very, very rarely is there even a tiny stuttering, but affected the work flow in any way. Apps load quickly and everything else happens almost immediately. - RAM: 3 GB or 2, may be that there are currently a barrier here. My 3 GB device will operate possibly liquid than the 2 GB version, which I can not judge, but those interested should keep that in mind. - Flash: 32 GB you do not have to if you put an SD card. But since I do some apps insets (especially image processing) that can not write to SD, I feel much more comfortable with 32 GB. Who just snaps, films, listen to music and want to install a few apps, comes with the 16GB version pretty far. - No SIM slot, no LTE: Too bad if you are traveling, it is only as 2GB / 16GB model. There remains the possibility of using the mobile phone to to tether via USB or WiFi - Bluetooth is _not_ not, in any case from the factory. USB / WiFi Tethering I have not been tested, nor is, if there are problems, I will write an update. - Apps or: What is good, what annoys ?: Sony has for their own entertainment universe everything preinstalled possible. Anyone who has a PS at Sony Music or Movies buys etc. may find this useful. I pushed the whole shebang only times the homescreen in a folder and now have space. Can uninstall it probably none of this, but it does not interfere with performance. Very useful is the office suite, since there are worse! The onscreen keyboard is good configurable, and an extra row of number keys can be adjusted. - Surface: Like almost every manufacturer transforms Sony Android into something own. A matter of taste. As on almost any device, it takes a while then you get along well. Anyway, they have made it very chic and animated beautifully soft. - Battery: I have not measured, definitely completely suitable for everyday use. To load can not hurt a more potent power supply. No problem, as microUSB is used, no proprietary stuff. I just take the power supply from my LG phone. - Waterproof: If yes so advertised, but I think hardly anyone is testing the or finds it important. Nice to have a little rain can not harm the instrument. - Accessories: various protectors, cases, docking stations are available. PS-compatible. Conclusion: Nice and brisk hardware, quite respectable and even in bad weather usable (in the tested version without LTE a questionable benefit). Part preinstalled unnecessary apps - but not disturb. Useful Office Packet. Adjusted Android as usual getting used to, but not too messed up and very chic. Battery OK, and it's so nice easy !!! Would I buy it again.
