very powerful, too powerful to see a mini studio 3m 4 but you get to use the minimum of their power and save their life. The material looks solid and of good quality, the carrying case is a real plus. Everything is pretty simple to assemble, is easily installed and works right away (with nikon d7000). A good price / quality ratio
