Very positive are the fast route calculation and the fast acquisition and reacquisition. The route planning works very well.
About the Live services, one can argue. Google's service, I personally find very convenient as current and comprehensive than the list of POIs.
Weather is fine, but I could do without very good mood.
Current gas station recommendations do not work yet.
The traffic reports via live service are problematic. There are traffic jams are not displayed. On the other side you can see information for secondary roads, so far as is just someone drives with the required hardware. Very good idea, but it works well only when more devices are equipped.
A selling point for me was the TM transmitter function for transmitting mp3 on the car radio, and speakerphone.
Both unfortunately does not work properly. On demand I got informed that the TM transmitter is not approved in Germany and is thus disabled by the program. Super, I could read nothing of in advertising and on the homepage.
The handsfree function actually works very well. Good voice quality. Unfortunately there is an error with the Bluetooth. For no apparent reason disconnects from the phone and also does not build up again. Only after program update it works again, for a few days ...
The information provided by the customer were more or less incompetent. There were sent zunächt standard answers but unfortunately did not answer the question.
The idea of Tomtom are good. Unfortunately, it falls short of the implementation. I would not buy the device at the moment again!
