One has already another TomTom Navi and thus an update account under his normal e-mail address, you can build no more account for the starting 60 and thus does not update.
It happens only the message that this address is already in use, then the thoughtful note, "try again later". You must willy-nilly set up another address and that's nonsense.
TomTom can not seem to imagine that someone has two TomTom navigation systems. I've also seen as the start and 60 returned.
