I've used this product Samsung to replace the original hard-drive unibody white MacBook on my (Late 2009 model). Works fine During Few month. Then Purpose When cam and summer temperature rise ° C just Few degree, the hard-drive started to heat too much And Then freeze. I Had to put the original hard-drive back Who works perfectly in the same condition. With this Samsung hard-drive I can not use my macbook more than 1hour if the room temperature is over 20 ° c (not talking about extreme temperature, just use normal temperature condition). So I DEDUCE this hard drive too much heat to be used in a white unibody MacBook.
