The socks are "Made in India", what bothers me about the high price. For the same money I get Veith socks that are produced in the 3rd generation in Germany and have a merino share of 90-95% !!! The shaft and in particular above the termination are much too narrow, so that constrict the socks and impede blood circulation. The constrictions were after 1 hour still bear to see. Who yet has no varicose veins, they will probably get the frequent wearing these socks. The feet were walking with me after only 3 hours and an outside temperature of 17 degrees, in Meindl boots with leather lining, totally sweaty. After only one wearing the socks were very matted. All of these problems, I had never in Veith socks.
