I do not know which phone Fitbag has taken here to be presented, but the Lumia 830 it was not safe. When unpacking the envelope I thought to myself that this appears to be relatively narrow. The assurance came when first inserting the mobile phone: It is only with great effort possible to slide the phone into the shell, the phone creaks and crashes, the shell begins to pucker under the stress and see if then the phone finally "hineingeqüält" was also quite warped.
Should anyone call when the phone was "staked" just in the shell, one can only hope that you have voicemail eingerichet right, because until the phone again under efforts (and with squeaking noises) from the envelope "gepult" has, the caller has long since abandoned.
And now comes the "Insidious": The Lumia 830 mobile phones have on the right side 3 accurately and relatively smooth pushbuttons for volume, switching on and off and the camera. Because the shell is so tight, the phone is switched on (if switched off beforehand) was when it intercalates into the sleeve by itself, or when you pick up the phone and its case, for example, only the table. This is an absolute no - go.
Actually I wanted to return the shell (I have in 14 years Amazon membership only 2 times items returned), but after reading the terms and conditions for third at Amazon with Wiederrufsformular, transmission scenarios etc. I decided the shell wegzufwerfen and 18 euros (shell + Shipping) write off reluctantly, the time for such procedure I have not easy.
I was so far done very well received by Fitbag cases, this was but most likely the last Fitbaghülle I bought, because the variations in the dimensional accuracy put me off. (The sizes in the cases for the Galaxy S5 vary slightly, but are still tolerable)
My advice for Lumia 830 owners: Stay away from this envelope.
