I have to say I'm an absolute fan Plantronics but of this model I'm very disappointed this time. So if I buy a Nachvollger then I'll go back from them that it is a step forward and no.

Processing of the Headset super as always, but a big minus for this device, the volume is much too quiet. Next gripe the charging cable, the new version each time gets shorter apparently.

Well its predecessor liked much better and so I got this model sent back and will order my 20 ml.
