I have the same cap with fleece inside.
This is .. as well as by some anderne described by the neoprene tight ... but so close .. NO:
Is uncomfortable and they seem really .. yes rustling through the neoprene.
Weieter the Rip Rap's just not the longest of cut.
In the fleece version but I can pull ... in neoprene not.
