too smooth, slip handles

I may be relatively large, and am active also quite common athletic, but have small hands and relatively little power at the "grasping". Nevertheless, these Handmuskeltrainer are clearly leichtgängig.100 times I can squeeze without problems at a time. Even my wife, they are too smooth. After all, our 4 year old daughter was beaten.

Postive should be noted:

- Metal insert for holding the device tilted not (something there ..).
- Handles are pleasant to the touch and offer good grip
- Cost-effective
- Except for the occasional slip of the handles makes processing a good impression.
- Suitable for small hands (handholds)

Negatives:

- Far too easily, perhaps interesting for rehabilitation sports / physiotherapy. (- 1.5, especially since not visible prior to purchase)
- Foam handle reference shifts occasionally during intensive training. (-0.5)
- Not really suitable for large hands (finger grips) (for this I must thanks my delicate fingers not deduct points)

Buy recommendation but for people with small hands that can first work with low resistances (keyword Rehasport).
