One can hardly say something that has not already been said in the more than 100 reviews dozens of times over the Olympus 45mm f1.8. On the average rating of 4.9 stars one sees that this is a very good lens. It reflects very sharply, and indeed even at full aperture. Here is the Bokeh, which is very important for a lens of this focal length, very nice and creamy. Such a thing is, even across rare and even more rarely in this price range. The lens is so well corrected that you literally have to look with a magnifying glass to vignetting, distortion and various aberrations. Autofocus is fast, quiet and reliable even in low light. More can be to just not say. Actually, I displease only two things in this objective: a) When I bought the lens, the black version was more expensive by one third, inexplicably, which is especially annoying when you only have black cameras. Why this is so, can probably be answered only Olympus. If the black lens any special color used? Hardly likely. Currently costs the same amount of both versions. b) Even considering the affordable price, I find the materials used extremely cheap. One can not expect a lens made of metal at a price of 250, it is clear, but that is a plastic Bomber, which is hardly more robust than the famous / infamous yogurt cups from Canon (50mm f / 1.8) 45 / 1.8. It creaks, especially the plastic ring in front of the focus ring if you exercise a little more force to the lens body. Basically, you have, at which point you look at it always touches, always feel as if the sculpture give something. For this reason, I have the lens given 4 stars, although the image quality excellent and the AF is very fast and reliable.
