The support in this package is beyond any doubt. Absolut top. The shell serves its purpose, however, is not very high. That should and but you have to expect when the price either. The microphone I could not test. Unfortunately, this charging cable did not work with me. The I-Phone simply will not load. However, since the charging cable is essential to the I-Phone for example, to use as a navigation device, only 2 stars.
