I have already tried a number also significantly more expensive mounts for the iPhone on the bike. At this I really like how easy it other and can detach again. The plastic may be a little softer than other models, but so far I had to worry about my phone me.
The only suggestion for improvement: The strap could be 1-2 cm longer in order to pack them better - especially for handlebars with a slightly larger diameter.
