After I had already tried the original docking station from Sony, this had me but visually, pledged nor high (at least at that price of ~ 45) I decided to order these station at random. Indicated that station is officially for the Z1 Compact therefore the direct predecessor of Z3c. Since the pure exterior dimensions of the phone have not changed, I thought that this should get a chance at least.
Now I got the station supplied directly through Amazon (within a day) and was obviously unpacked. The more than adequate packaging is sealed, so you can see if you get a new one. Inside is located next to the station nor a USB cable (1m) and an adapter for the power outlet. Everything you need is here and so you can take the station directly into operation. First, however, still on the adapter plug and the station itself pull each a protective film (of the painted surfaces) and there you go. Inserted Connection and the mobile phone -> invites! Direct, no "search" of the magnetic poles or the like. So I imagine that.
Yet I have 1 minor gripe. The station itself is relatively easy. When the device is removed from the station should hold this easily.
Nevertheless there from with full 5 stars for the station, since the appearance fits. Qualitatively it can easily keep with the original Sony and priced to do anything with 25 wrong.
