Top game but not perfect

In May 2014. I then met by chance on the game F1 2013 have informed me and rummaged in various forums. I just then decided to buy the game and time to try out.

The installation went smoothly and after I then started the game, I could not stop being amazed. At the point before a point: natural looks, feels, and criticized each rated differently - and clear - in principle one can possibly make everything better. At this time, I had neither a joystick nor a steering wheel and quickly realized that the control via the keyboard is not realistic and I am more in the gravel or anywhere else again found frustration.
So I have made myself on a steering wheel smart and decided to include the expensive Thrustmaster Ferrari F1 Wheel Integral T500. Pedals. I'm going to still write a separate review - but in advance - a hammer part.

After the steering wheel has been delivered, I mounted this at the desk and made the connection with the PC. Because I was sure that from the experience of the race GP4 a little of what was to be there, I also soon turn off all aid and then it was off to the slopes. Oh no, after a few bends etc. I felt like a beginner playing a simulation game for the first time. Have of course not want to see, to activate the aid and have a try after another started, the car but did not get a grip and then frustration. In addition, I realized that my seating position was not optimal. So I went on racing seats / racing simulator smart, took the gamer Seat RR1000 GameSeat and ordered this. Here, too, I will write a separate review - but in advance - a great part.

For this I ordered another monitor holder and a 27 monitor. After I set up everything, adjusted according to my size and wired, I sit in the seat and was enthusiastic.

Game started and reactivated back to the roots driving aids and off we went.

Long story short .... I then deactivated gradually the aid and was then after a few hours of training very pleased with the handling of my and driving performance.

In the meantime, I have made myself a corresponding Gamer PC and am now very excited and happy.

Now I want a few things are going on to the actual program.

Basically, I get along very well with the complete menu structure.

What I miss are (and here I speak nothing new to I know):
- The formation lap
- The independent driving into the box for pit crew and back (at GP4 was possible)
- Scaling back after the race in the pits or in the parc fermé back (I mean that this is in GP4 was also possible at least in the Box)
- A realistic damage pattern (which was of GP4 something better)

What I find strange:
- That from time to time cars before a curve are extremely slow
- I can give when starting at full throttle and nothing happens - though is cool but not realistic

There are actually 1.5 points deduction - because this is not possible, I opt for 4 points.

I wish as so many that here's a game comes out that meets the above points.
