I am a person who does not like gyms and run with what is happening right now with joggers makes me a little scared.
There is 1 year I bought the Wii Fit and Wii with Wii fit plus board, wanting to talk and wanting to lose a little weight. After 2 weeks I had left because I found not quite rhythmic, not enough music and entertaining too "square".
I bought Exerbeat there over a month and I still do :)
I find it great, the atmosphere, the music, motivation, gestures.
Initially you must unlocked the different modes for training. Do some aerobics, boxing, hip hop and you can make a program for our daily workout or daily. One can program it ourselves where it makes you in your place.
The program makes you sweat but safe. First warm-up series, after sport and end stretching. What a program to feel good. I admit that the first few days I had pain everywhere. I feel better in my body and I lost a few cm across :). At first I was doing all day for 30 min. But since I actually see 1 hour 50 minutes, 3-4 times a week.
I can use my Wii board for some exercises, there is a choice between a remote or 2.
Anyway I recommend it to all people who want to pay gymnasiums an exorbitant price. A games that make you feel good :)
