Top-performance flop keyboard

I use since 2003 Acer notebooks. Since I was always very happy, was not in question, it would again be an Acer. Because the USB ports are mounted easily accessible, in contrast to the Aspire TimelineX, my choice fell on the 5750G.

Positives:
+ The notebook is quiet, robust finish, the battery lasts as promised and the boxes have a decent sound.
+ Performance-wise, all components meet the expectations: With the 1GB graphics card can Diablo3 play with little jerking, the HD webcam gives a good picture with Skype; Card reader, USB3.0 and HDMI output function smoothly.
+ Packaging and delivery top, the preinstalled OEM stuff has its limits.

o The design is, well, get used to. Acer has never sheared much about how others looked notebooks. Acer stand for rectangular and functional. Here it is different. The keyboard looks like the Macbook. The design is based on Toshiba. Bright blue LEDs signal: at the laptop! or: The laptop is loaded! This replaces the nightlight if I do not abstöpsle it from the electrical outlet.

Negatives:
- As I said, the keyboard looks like the Macbook. Unfortunately, it does not feel so. The keys are held only by a small spring in the center in their place, you type them on the side, it may be that the Bchstbe feels. Completely failed, this is at the arrow keys: This one has to tap on the left side, because they do not react otherwise. When scrolling the Internet or if you want to paste it into Word, a comma, makes crazy!
It is incomprehensible to me how another reviewer can here "very successful" by talking. The keyboard is just not for me and the big weakness of the notebook.
- One problem is the trimmed on high-gloss design. Unfortunately, you see every fingerprint on both the housing, as well as on the screen. This is not anti-reflective. As a reviewer for "Christian" has stated earlier, the screen is not to be used for light irradiation.
- Entering the touchpad suffers from the somewhat spongy control. No major shortcoming was, but better managed in the previous series.

Conclusion: Actually a powerful engineering marvel at a great price. But somehow it did not think it at Acer, how to communicate as a user with him. Please return to functional keyboard and anti-reflective display. Then I give again full marks.
