The laying of the flow is simple and fast by the hand. I have used this, the ground anchors. A smashed into the corner, then aligned and set the second. Then the next train about 10cm overlap and two other anchor purely (so you need only 6 instead of 8 anchor anchor for 2 lanes - klaro).
Took me about 4 hours for laying 30m Flies. Now the flow has yet to prove it, but I guess that makes it effortless.
Gets my personal recommendation.
