I have this compact camera now for exactly 2 weeks and am very impressed by the many features of this all-rounder! As an amateur photographer and owner of a Canon EOS 5D with the EF 24-70mm and 70-200mm Lens I am a frequently rely mainly on a small compact camera! What can I say, the Canon SX200 does a very good job! The image quality is very impressive and the HD video mode is really convenient. The only thing I found disturbing, the extension end flash. But you get used to it after a while. I can really recommend it to anyone who likes to shoot photos in automatic mode and a serviceable replacement camcorder on the go want.
