Top rod despite oil film ...

I had bought the end of 2010 a one-hand dumbbell of Bad Company. This convinced me the barbell ebfalls to order from BC.
What I unfortunately had to realize now is sticking to the rod still an oil film.
The rough spots on the hands are my feeling after a little too rough, one probably it seems to me even as before, previously had no other barbell in his hands.
