Habs bought me today. Taken just two hours ago. Feel now more comfortable and better. (Had a few days ago three pretty hefty TE's, always to failure and was now totally ko)

After I read here a couple of times that the solubility is not supposed to be good, but I wanted to know right away. And the solubility is good! You have to read the label on the can only: 400ml for 5g creatine. I have on the safety of warm water taken in 20 sec., The creatine was dissolved and the water clear.

Habs though once taken but it was totally ok fürn belly or no stomach pains ect. (As the case may be cheap creatine products)

So far, so great! I will add a response if necessary after a while again respect. Performance u. Pump in training.
