I would highly recommend this SAT-IP converter / transmitter very and have experience with these 2 devices in different scenarios. The first building was the desire to "everywhere" to behold via iPad and laptop wirelessly real TV. With the right combination of equipment (5/8 multi-switch + Fritz-DLAN 546 + Apple Airport Extreme) no problem! When using the Fritz Powerline 546 has then also the side effect that is not unnecessary power is consumed. Switch off the power during the day and in the evening again; because multiswitch Triax + consume about 35W; Why start when you have to work !? The second unit was installed in a building, where it would become very difficult due to the age of the building, nor to create additional Satkabel. So again - Triax multiswitch TSS400 + + Fritz DLAN + FritzBox + Triax IP 100 = satellite TV in every room where needed. Side effect here: each TV device (or appropriate computer monitors!) Can show satellite, even if no DVB S2 connection! There are DLNA support since the update from October 2013 (refer to the manufacturer's website). Why only 4 stars? Power consumption I find NEN bit set high and quite intuitive and simple, such as ne AVM Fritz box with top assistant is not the device. There is now no impossible task and since Triax is still in its infancy when it comes to the final consumer. PS: the Triax TSS 400 is warm, "lukewarm" and because the casing with cooling fins is made of metal, the place should be well chosen. In narrow Cabinet rather unfavorable and you may wish to consider whether the waste heat to the space for the room can not be used so the choice of the place.
