Looking for lighting for my room 4x5m I also encountered these lamps.
My rating now refers primarily to the type of light and how I feel it. Electricity costs, etc. are not my Ressoir, I'm primarily concerned with the light itself.

PRO:
- Very nice warm white light
- Ideal for lighting of paintings or posters. Hab in my room hanging 2 large images (120x80cm), the spot moves it immediately to the fore when entering the room
- Price-Performance

CONTRA:
- Not suitable to illuminate a room (4x5m), since the light shines in one direction only

CONCLUSION:
Not suitable for my use as I need space illuminating lamps.
, Suitable for everyone, but would like to highlight pictures / posters in a room in my view IDEAL.
=> 4/5 stars !!!
