I have this dock ordered because I need a station in my phone fits well with protective cover - unfortunately, this is not advertised very important feature for me, but you can reference the photos guess it is kind of adapter plate, which you simply can take out - works perfectly.
Price / performance is perfect, does what it should and also looks good - only that interferes completely exaggerated bright blue charging LED, I taped with electrical tape, fits :-)
