Total disappointment product

I had three cameras of this type, one in November 2012 and 2 October 2013.
The 2012 functioned normally 11 months before having to worry prioris known at the picture so degraded grilled Infrared LEDs night.
The 2 of 2013, the first video no night despite the fact that all LEDs are lit. certainly a concern at the IRT CUT in my opinion and a second image blur can not resolve without technical intervention I think .
It is a pity such a lack of reliability and even manufacturing can be because the idea is good and the relatively simple and effective setting. With a little more serious this could be a good product ...
From what I could see, the 2013 versions (fasteners 4 holes) are real disasters over previous versions (fasteners 3 holes).
I am disappointed of course Heden and the almost nonexistent support.
However I'm really pleased with Amazon which as usual has managed the crisis dynamic, professional and fast. Thank you to all the team for this.
