Totally uncomfortable and hard

After delivery, I have this cushion at home also tried the same. Unfortunately, the filling is so so "tight" and so hard, so that a stiff neck could not be avoided after a few seconds. For air travel can this neck pillow so the best will not use. Inexplicably are my way, the many positive reviews. I can not understand this and have finally made use of my right of return for Ubrauchbarkeit the cushion.
