I purchased this tent for very occasional use. We used it once for now. Very good behavior. Pretty simple to assemble. Very spacious, because it is a tent for 6 and we were only 4. I have seen no material deterioration problem for now. No problem with the rain (we were 9 days in England ..). I would say that the sealing is satisfactory. To avoid problems related to moisture you should install correctly the tent so that the upper fabric and the screened alcoves are never in contact. In the morning, there was a bit of condensation on the inside of the upper cloth, but nothing annoying. Since there is no cover for the central space, I developed a floor covering for painting by folding a double thickness. I recommend this product, especially for occasional use.
