After a few setbacks with Chronopost (it becomes usual) who can not read the labels, I installed the new Dell replace a previous screen in 1920 × 1200. The difference is not huge but still sensitive.
X11 (under Kubuntu 14.4) and Windows 7 are automatically adapted to the new resolution (via a GeForce 760 card).

The CD comes with the screen contains a Windows driver which I know the precise function and software to change color profile based activity: film, game, office. I'm not convinced of the interest, but I have not really thorough. It also contains a file screen ICM profile factory set.

Otherwise you can comfortably display alongside a document and the sources on which we work, image and tool palettes in all directions, etc. It's very nice. Especially at this price.
